Position Overview – Machine Learning Expert

Location: Sialkot, Pakistan (In-person preferred; remote candidates considered at the lower end of pay range)
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 / month
Type: Full-Time

You will be leading our AI product development, from advanced language model integration to predictive analytics. This is a hands-on role with high impact, designed for a candidate who wants to innovate, experiment, and deploy intelligent solutions at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deploy AI models that solve business problems
  • Build and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Qdrant
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral into web applications
  • Develop and train ML models for classification, recommendation, or forecasting
  • Collaborate with frontend/backend developers to ship AI features
  • Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights
  • Stay updated with the latest ML tools and techniques
