About the Role

We are a growing international AI and software company serving clients primarily in the North American market. We specialize in AI-driven software solutions, legal tech, fintech, enterprise software, and modern web applications.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can work across both frontend and backend development, build scalable web applications, integrate APIs and databases, and collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality features efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, backend technologies, APIs, databases, responsive UI development, and AI-powered development tools.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

  • Build and maintain end-to-end web applications.
  • Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
  • Develop reliable and scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, services, and development tools.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
  • Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and management to deliver new features.

Product Development & Collaboration

  • Work on real-world software and AI-driven projects.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in feature planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve existing applications and workflows.
  • Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ship features quickly while maintaining development quality and scalability.

AI-Assisted Development

  • Use modern AI tools to improve development speed and productivity.
  • Leverage AI tools for coding, debugging, documentation, research, and problem-solving.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI-powered development technologies and workflows.
  • Apply AI-assisted development practices while maintaining code quality and security.

Required Skills & Experience

    • Strong experience in full stack web development.
    • Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Experience with Node.js or Python for backend development.
    • Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
    • Experience working with relational or other database systems.
    • Ability to build scalable and responsive web applications.
    • Strong understanding of frontend and backend integration.
    • Experience with Git/GitHub and modern development workflows.
    • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
    • Good communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience using AI tools for software development and coding.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI, SaaS, fintech, legal tech, or enterprise software.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
  • Familiarity with GitHub-based development workflows.
  • Experience building production-ready and scalable applications.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Experience working with international clients or remote development teams.
