About the Role

We are a growing international AI and software company serving clients primarily in the North American market. We specialize in AI-driven software solutions, legal tech, fintech, and enterprise software products.

We are looking for a Marketing Expert – Outreach & Growth who can actively promote our products online, connect with potential clients, and help strengthen our acquisition funnel through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

This role is ideal for someone who understands LinkedIn outreach, social media engagement, online community marketing, and digital relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a marketing education background, experience with B2B outreach, and the ability to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.

This is a fully remote opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities


Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Build relationships with prospects and generate qualified leads for the company.
  • Join and actively participate in relevant Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, and online forums.
  • Promote company products and services through strategic online engagement and discussions.
  • Support and improve the company’s acquisition funnel from outreach to lead conversion.


Social Media & Brand Engagement

  • Help increase company visibility and brand awareness across social platforms.
  • Create and execute social media outreach strategies focused on engagement and lead generation.
  • Communicate with potential clients professionally and represent the company online.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and marketing goals.


Marketing Strategy

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
    • Identify new outreach opportunities and growth channels.
    • Track outreach performance and continuously improve engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

    • Educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and social media marketing.
    • Strong understanding of client acquisition and lead generation strategies.
    • Experience engaging with online communities, Facebook groups, and professional networks.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to create and implement marketing strategies independently.
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple outreach activities daily.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with software, AI, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms.
  • Understanding of North American business communication and outreach practices.
  • Experience with content marketing or personal branding strategies is a plus.
