Force-V: solar plant monitoring and energy analytics

Force-V connects your solar plants and net-metered rooftops through IoT devices, stores every reading and turns them into production, environmental and financial insight, from five-minute detail to yearly totals, with access controls for owners, operators and investors.

Force-V in brief. Force-V is a solar monitoring and energy analytics platform developed by Jinnah Tech in Sialkot, Pakistan. It collects readings from inverters and sensors over MQTT, stores them securely and presents production from five-minute to yearly views, CO2 and coal-equivalent savings, grid export revenue and portfolio dashboards, with per-plant user access. It suits solar parks, EPC and O&M companies, and factories in Pakistan running net-metered rooftop systems.

From device readings to decisions

  1. Connect

Plant devices publish readings to an EMQX MQTT broker; data is stored in a secure MySQL time-series schema.

  2. Analyse

APIs serve a React dashboard that aggregates production by 5-minute, hourly, daily, monthly and yearly intervals, per plant and across the portfolio.

  3. Quantify impact

CO2 emissions avoided, coal saved and tree equivalents are calculated automatically for reporting and marketing.

  4. Track the money

Electricity exported to the grid is tracked so the financial return of surplus generation is visible alongside output.

  5. Control access

Each user sees only the plants they are assigned to, with roles for owners, operators and read-only stakeholders.

Frequently asked questions

Does Force-V work for net-metered rooftop solar in Pakistan?

Yes. Industrial and commercial rooftops under net metering are a typical use: Force-V tracks generation, self-consumption and the units exported to the grid, so the monthly bill and the return on the system are visible without waiting for the distribution company's statement.

Which devices and inverters can Force-V connect to?

Any device that can publish over MQTT, directly or through a gateway. We have connected inverter data loggers and custom sensor boards, and we can add adapters for other protocols.

Can we see data per plant and per user?

Yes. Users are assigned to plants and see only those. Owners and operators get portfolio views across all their sites.

How current is the data?

Readings arrive continuously and dashboards aggregate from five-minute intervals upwards, so you see today as it happens and years at a glance.

Is it only for solar?

Solar is where it started. The same pipeline handles fuel level and consumption monitoring, generators, meters and other telemetry; ask us about your case.

Have plants or devices to monitor?

Tell us how many sites and what they report. We will propose a connection plan and show the dashboards with sample data.
