StoneCloud ERP: marble factory software built in Pakistan

One system for quotations, orders, processing, deliveries, inventory, accounts and payroll, built around how marble and stone businesses actually work. Available in English and Urdu, used daily by factories in Pakistan, hosted by us or installed on your own server.

StoneCloud in brief. StoneCloud ERP is marble and stone factory management software developed by Jinnah Tech in Sialkot, Pakistan. It covers accounts and ledgers, quotations and orders with stone dimensions, deliveries, inventory by processing stage, finance, HR and payroll, and role-based access, in English and Urdu. It serves marble, granite and tile businesses in processing hubs such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Peshawar and Sialkot, and is offered hosted or self-hosted with local support.

Built for the stone business

Generic ERPs stumble on the basics of stone: a product is a slab or tile with dimensions, it changes as it moves through cutting, sizing and polishing, and a delivery can be a mix of sizes from several blocks. StoneCloud models all of this natively, so quotes, stock and ledgers stay consistent without side spreadsheets.

At a glance

  • Instant business snapshot on login
  • Orders and quotes that carry dimensions through to delivery and invoice
  • Processing stages tracked as inventory moves
  • Ledgers that update automatically from deliveries and payments
  • Per-role access for owners, accounts, production and sales

Frequently asked questions

Is StoneCloud available in Urdu?

Yes. StoneCloud ERP runs in English and Urdu, so owners, accountants and factory-floor staff can each use the language they prefer. Training and support are available in both.

Is StoneCloud only for marble factories?

It was designed for marble and stone processing, where products are tracked by dimensions and pass through stages such as sizing and polishing. Granite, onyx, tile and quarry businesses use the same model. For other manufacturing we adapt the modules.

Can it run on our own server?

Yes. StoneCloud is offered as a hosted service managed by us or installed on your own Linux server. Both include updates and support.

Does it handle accounting?

It keeps customer and supplier ledgers, earnings and expenses, profit and loss and balance sheet reports. It can export to or integrate with a dedicated accounting package if your accountant requires one.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically two to four weeks: data import (customers, suppliers, products, opening balances), user setup and training by module, with us available on call during the first month.
